We do our best to accommodate all studio schedules when planning yearly practices. What has worked best in years past:

• Tuesday: 3:00 PM - 4:30 PM

• Friday: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Practices will be added as needed as competition approaches.

• The NDP Dance Team performs on the sidelines for the first half of every home Varsity Football Game, as well as a 2 minute halftime performance

• Halftime performance at the occasional home Varsity Basketball Game

• A performance at the homecoming Pep Assembly

• (2) regional competitions between the months of November - January

• UDA National Dance Team Championship in Orlando, Florida from January 30 - February 1
